How To Order:


How Do I Start My Order Process?

Starting your order process is simple. The first step is to complete an order form on our website. There is an order form on every service web page. You can also complete the “Request A Estimate” form. Once your order form is submitted a Representative from our Team will contact you via phone and email with an estimate or invoice. You will also receive access to your Client Portal where estimates can be revised or accepted and invoices can be paid to secure your services. It’s that simple!

What is the Process to Order a Step and Repeat Banner?

Our Step and Repeat Ordering process begins with completing the Step and Repeat Order Form.

Once completed you will be contacted by a Representative from our Team and receive your invoice and access to your Client Portal to make payment to secure your order. Once payment is secured our Design Team will contact you via email with instructions on how to submit Logos or Graphics for your Step and Repeat  design. Logos and Graphics must be submitted to designs@RedCarpetExpress.com. Once received you will receive your Step and Repeat design proof to review. You have 2 edits from your initial Step and Repeat Design Proof. Once the design proof is approved we will start production on your Step and Repeat Banner. Our Production Turnaround time is 48 hours on Step and Repeat Banners. A Expedited Print Fee will be charged to all orders that require less than a 24 hour turnaround.

Rental Guidelines:


What Are the Rental Periods?

2 Day Rate: One 48 hour period; pickup before 2:00pm and return by 2:00pm two days later.
Full Week Rate: One 7 day period; pickup before 2:00pm and return by 2:00pm 7 days later.
Weekend Rate: Pick-Up on Friday before 2:00pm and return on Monday before 2:00pm.

What Are the Pick-Up and Return Hours?

OUR PICK-UP HOURS:

Monday – Thursday: Pick-Ups can be made between 10:00AM and 4:00PM. By appointment only.
Friday: Pick-Ups can be made between 10:00AM and 2:00PM.

OUR RETURN HOURS:

Monday – Thursday: Returns can be made between 10:00AM and 4:00PM. By appointment only.
Friday: Returns can be made between 10:00AM and 2:00PM.

What Do I need to rent from Red Carpet Express?

A photo ID and a Debit Card or Credit Card on file and a completed Rental Agreement.

What Forms of Payment do you Accept?

Cash, Check, Debit Card, Credit Card (AMEX, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, VISA) for the rental amount must be received prior to pick-up or delivery. All rental charges incurred are subject to an 7.0% Sales tax unless a valid GA Tax Exempt Certificate is provided. Payments can be accepted via phone and client portal.

How Do You Handle Deposits, Reservations and Cancellations?

We strongly recommend to reserve your rental a few days in advance. A 50% deposit can be made to secure your rental or event services at any time before 5 business days of your rental or event service date. Within the 5 business day period before your rental date the remaining balance must be paid. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled checkout will be charged the entire amount of the rental. Any cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled checkout will be charged 25% – 50% of the entire amount of the rental. (Percentage is determined by the type of services secured or rented). Any cancellation before 72 hours of the scheduled rental will be charged 10% of the entire amount of the rental.

Is there a Fee for Late Returns?

Any and all equipment returned after the specified time on the expected day of return will be charged an Extended Rental Fee. Extended Rental Fee varies per rental item.

Where Can I Get Insurance From?

We do not provide insurance but we recommend checking out www.InsureMyRentals.com Fast and reliable, they provide affordable short term and annual policies that cover equipment owned and/or rented.

What Areas do you Serve?

How does Delivery and Pick-Up work?

Red Carpet Express offers Local and Non-Local Delivery/Pick-Up. Local Delivery/Pick-Up rates have a set rate. Local Delivery is defined as an address that is located within the 15 miles radius from our Pick-Up Warehouse Location.

Non-Local Delivery/Pick-Up rates may vary depending on the distance from our Pick-Up Warehouse. Non-Local Delivery is defined as an address that is located outside of the 15 miles radius from our Pick-Up Warehouse Location. Exact Rate can be determined by calling us today.

All Pick-Ups that are scheduled after 12:00am of the event date or scheduled for the next day incur an additional “After 12:00am Pick-Up” charge.

Delivery is not required and customers can pick-up and rental rented or purchased items.

Do we offer Shipping?

Red Carpet Express offers shipping across the U.S. for most of our services. Shipping is usually via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. To get a estimate on the shipping rates cost we need the delivery address and expected day of delivery.

Do you ship Rental Items & how does that work?

Red Carpet Express ships rental items to any address in the U.S. Items are packed and a rental shipping label is included. Rental items are shipped a few days before the event date and expected to be returned the following week after event date.
